چکیده

hyperdiamonds are covalently bonded fullerenes in crystalline forms, more or less related todiamond, and having a significant amount of sp3 carbon atoms. design of severalhypothetical crystal networks was performed by using our original software programscvnet and nano-studio. the topology of the networks is described in terms of the netparameters and several counting polynomials, calculated by nano-studio, omega andpi software programs.

A topological view on algebraic computation models

We investigate the topological aspects of some algebraic computation models, in particular the BSS-model. Our results can be seen as bounds on how different BSS-computability and computability in the sense of computable analysis can be. The framework for this is Weihrauch reducibility. As a consequence of our characterizations, we establish that the solvability complexity index is (mostly) inde...

A topological view of the replicon.

The replication of circular DNA faces topological obstacles that need to be overcome to allow the complete duplication and separation of newly replicated molecules. Small bacterial plasmids provide a perfect model system to study the interplay between DNA helicases, polymerases, topoisomerases and the overall architecture of partially replicated molecules. Recent studies have shown that partial...

Topological Geometrodynamics: an Overall View

A brief summary of the basic ideas of Topological Geometrodynamics (TGD), its recent state, its applications, and its theoretical challenges is given with a special emphasis on the most recent developments. Parton level formulation of quantum TGD as an almost topological quantum field theory using light-like 3-surfaces as fundamental objects allows a detailed understanding of generalized super-...

Spiralling and Folding: The Topological View

For every n, we construct two arcs in the four-punctured sphere that have at least n intersections and which do not form spirals. This is accomplished in several steps: we first exhibit closed curves on the torus that do not form double spirals, then arcs on the four-punctured torus that do not form spirals, and finally arcs in the four-punctured sphere which do not form spirals.

A Topological View of Unsupervised Learning from Noisy Data

In this paper, we take a topological view of unsupervised learning. From this point of view, clustering may be interpreted as trying to find the number of connected components of an underlying geometrically structured probability distribution in a certain sense that we will make precise. We construct a geometrically structured probability distribution that seems appropriate for modeling data in...

A non-topological view of dcpos as convergence spaces

The category TOP of topological spaces is not cartesian closed, but can be embedded into the cartesian closed category CONV of convergence spaces. It is well known that the category DCPO of dcpos and Scott continuous functions can be embedded into TOP, and so into CONV, by considering the Scott topology. We propose a di3erent, “cotopological” embedding of DCPO into CONV, which, in contrast to t...
